ABOUT YOUR GUIDE

This self-led coaching guide and journal was created with you in mind, combining the questions and exercises that led to proven results with my 1:1 clients.

Coaching is a powerful tool that I want to make accessible to more people. This is why I am offering this as a free resource.

Your guide includes:

  • A 4-week self-led coaching experience
  • Thought and heart-provoking questions to prompt you
  • Gentle somatic and compassion-based exercises

My desire is that by the end of your 4-weeks, you will have gained more self-awareness, self-compassion, love, connection, and clarity.
