EMPOWERING YOU THROUGH MIND-BODY SOMATICS
Our bodies hold profound wisdom, with 80-90% of the vagus nerve network transmitting signals from the body to the brain. When we experience stress, our deepest imprints occur at a physical level within the body itself. By creating a sense of safety in the body first, the mind follows and de-escalates the stress response.
Somatic work allows you to gently revisit past stressors and experiences at the body level. Through my program, you'll gain deeper insights into your unique patterns - untangling what no longer serves you while cultivating new practices aligned with your vision.
The result? A greater sense of empowerment, calm, and relief from intrusive thoughts and emotional turmoil. You'll reconnect with your innate wisdom, restoring mind-body balance and reigniting your sense of purpose.

THE PROGRAM
I created the EMBODIED YOU program after working with past clients and coming to know what they found helpful and the most supportive. My desire is to best support you in this journey of self-discovery and healing that you are on. You are not alone.
I ask my clients to commit to an 8-week process as somatics needs time to soften, build, open up, and integrate into your life. 8 weeks has been the sweet spot for my past clients - not too rushed, but finishing with a strong foundation of confidence and empowerment for their futures.
EMBODIED YOU consists of 3 main pillars of support:
- Your personal 1:1 somatic coaching sessions (60 min)
- Weekly group somatic circles (20-30 min)
- Private platform containing your guided video and audio recordings to support you between sessions
Many value private 1:1 coaching sessions for deep and vulnerable exploration, healing, and breakthroughs. While the group circles are appreciated for the supportive feeling of the collective, and the boost of energy, optimism, and connections these somatic check-ins offer.
Past clients have shared that they have been surprised by how quickly they felt a shift in their sense of self-confidence, calm, and access to what matters most to them through tapping into their body-mind connection.
All program participants will also receive:
- 1 30-minute Emergency Session
- 1 60-minute Top-up Session (after program completion)
- 1 60-minute Human Design reading (opt-in)

WHAT TO EXPECT
EMBODIED YOU follows a somatic learning arc that builds upon each session. All sessions are virtual at this time.
Our personal 1:1 sessions will fall into 2 blocks:
- Self Discovery and Body Awareness
Learn how to access your innate resilience the way it was intended through building up your body and emotional intelligence. Gain clarity around what matters most to you, what centers you, and learn practices designed to build your natural resilience. - Deconditioning and Somatic Opening
Become aware of and understand your old patterns of behavior and your body's stress responses. Together, we will work to open them up and begin to untangle them to make way for new responses of your choosing. Through your new awareness, you will gain access to a deeper embodied empowerment and resilience in your life.
